At AiStyling, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns (14-Day Policy)

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

The return period starts from the day you receive your order.


How to Start a Return

Email us at info@aistyling.eu with your order number

  1. We’ll send you return instructions

  2. Ship the item back within 14 days

Please keep proof of postage until your refund is completed.


Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all labels

  • Free from damage or signs of use

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened skincare or beauty products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sealed products opened after delivery (for hygiene reasons)


Refunds

  • Processed within 14 days after receiving the return

  • Issued to your original payment method

  • May take 3–5 business days to appear

✔ Full order → shipping refunded

✔ Partial return → shipping not refunded

✔ Return shipping → paid by customer (unless our error)


Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Send photos and your order number

We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.
